Rash of Bird and Fish Kills Coincidence?

The latest was a report of dead birds in Sweden. Also attributed to “fireworks” or cold weather or difficulties finding food. In other words- if the “authorities” know why- they are surely not telling.

Dozens of jackdaws found dead in Sweden

So let’s review.

Dead birds and then dead fish in Arkansas. Dead birds in Louisiana and Kentucky. More dead fish in Brazil, more dead fish in the Chesapeake Bay.

Well lookee lookee- as I was tracking down the links above I found another story about dead fish! All the way over in New Zealand!

Hundreds of snapper dead on beaches

Fisheries officials are investigating the death of hundreds of snapper washed up on Coromandel Peninsula beaches.

Mr Hughes and others on the beach began walking towards the spot where the fish had washed up, and found many dead fish in the water too.

“We spoke to boaties coming in and they said there was a carpet of them floating in the water.”

Fireworks? The red-winged blackbirds had what appeared to be blunt force trauma type injuries to internal organs.

Starvation? All at the same time? Thousands of fish die of starvation all at once?

Stress from cold weather? See above- all at once? Really?

I don’t believe in coincidence.

    • Thanks DE! John and Lynne are easy to talk to! Finding out they had connections to UMass Boston was sort of strange. Wonder if I ever ran into them in the past without knowing it.

  3. TG those shows are archived!

Happy Epiphany Day to you , PMM!

  4. PMM, Just got through the show. A pleasure to find you as spunky live and extemporaneous, as in your writing!
